Sweet & Spicy Pork

Tomorrow is the day, the last day of my first giveaway. If you have not yet entered, be sure to do so before 5 PM tomorrow. And remember to check back soon afterwards because I will be posting the winner! Good luck!

A simple pork recipe that is going to have everyone asking for it time and time again. Try it once and I know you will be hooked.

Recipe yields 6 servings

Ingredients
2 1/2 lbs pork tenderloin
2 tbsp dark brown sugar
4 tsp chili powder
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp paprika
Salt & freshly ground pepper
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place your pork tenderloin in the middle. In a small bowl, combine all your spices and the olive oil. Mix together to make a paste.

Spread the paste on the pork and rub it in to cover all sides.

Place the pork in the oven and cook for 20-25 minutes or until no longer pink on the inside.

Slice it into pieces to serve. Enjoy with potatoes and veggies!
